South East Region

The South East covers the major regional towns of Sale, Traralgon, Bairnsdale, Lakes Entrance, Orbost, Swifts Creek, Mallacoota, Warragul and Drouin, Yarram, Korumburra and many towns and suburbs in between, across to the southern end of the ACT border.

The South East region is rich in history and proud in culture. Our people have been here for tens of thousands of years. Our lands and waters are sacred and Country has nourished us since time immemorial.   

We acknowledge our ancestors. We’re here to continue their legacy, and the fight of our Elders and old people. Now Treaty is a reality, we invite Community in the South East to continue engaging with us and providing your much-needed ideas and feedback.
